Delete Account – Notebook App

Thank you for using Notebook App. We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1 – From the App (Recommended)

  1. Open Notebook App

  2. Open Drawer

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Tap on Delete Account

  5. Select your gmail account which you use for create account .

  6. Confirm deletion

Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be permanently removed from our server.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently erased:

  • Your name

  • Gmail address

  • Google profile photo

  • All notes, income/expense records, debts, and personal entries

  • All app-related user data stored in Firebase

Data Retention

  • Data is deleted immediately after confirmation

  • No backup is kept after deletion

  • The process is irreversible
